Horse Creek is now proudly serving enceladus chocolates! Gourmet Belgian chocolates, locally made in small batches……milk, dark, white, pink peppercorn, organic matcha, oreo, smartie, dipped licorice, dipped fudge, dipped organic ginger and mango and whatever magical delights inspire our chocolatier each week…..yum!
Enceladus, a moon of Saturn with a salty ocean, is the most reflective object in our solar system. Enceladus reflects about 90 per cent of the incident light from the Sun, making it brighter than freshly fallen snow! The perfect inspiration for delicious indulgences.
